You are a medior level brand designer that translates a strategic design concept into identity system that drives a clients brand forward. Thanks to your knowledge and experience in branding and graphic design, you’ll empower your colleagues in strategy, marketing and development to create their very best work. You'll work partly remote, partly in The Hague and/or Amsterdam (when measures allow).
You create brand identities rooted in strategic brand concepts. Your creative ability reaches further than a logo, you create holistic brand systems that live across, and adapt to different kinds of media. You pitch and present to team members, you collaborate on designs and coach junior designers. You evoke a sense of trust and calm within your team and quickly translate trends in the market to great ideas. With your positive and proactive attitude, you turn every project into a collective success.
You've worked in a creative design agency-like setting for 3+ years.
A proven track record of inspiring brand identities and design work.
Wide ranging knowledge and speed in Adobe, Figma and other design tools.
Understanding of the business side of brand design.
Work ethics: optimistic, pragmatic, fast paced, feeling comfortable with a transparant process.
